The victim of his own anger is the child (Prince) musician in Minneapolis on the rise with his band The Revolution, who escaped a stormy home life through music. While he is trying to avoid the same mistakes as his Truuculent Father (Clarence Williams III), the child navigates in the club scene and a rocky relationship with the captivating singer Apollonia (Apollonia Kotero).
